Children have a different method of training – it is on all-round sports level. Approach used with children is fun and they improve their coordination, sense of movement, concentration, self-confidence, survival instinct but above all they learn mutual respect and how to be non-aggressive - traits important in the society today.
Fact is that children who consistently practice martial arts do better in different sports activities and in school than children who do not.
Practice sessions include:
- arm and foot blows (strokes)
- different throws, trippings, holds and imobilisations
- defensive and offensive drills
- self-defensive techniques, such as evasion, and different tactics
Physical and motor drills:
- development of coordinational skills and reflexes
- development of self-defence techniques
- ability to protect yourself in different psychophysical situations
